Digital Marketing, Web Development, WordPress Theme Development, and Graphic Designing Services:

1. Cancellation by the Client:
   • Clients may request to cancel services at any time. However, fees for work already performed or expenses already incurred by MyMarketWebSolutions up to the cancellation date will be non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by MyMarketWebSolutions:
   • MyMarketWebSolutions reserves the right to cancel services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, non-compliance with our terms of service, or other valid reasons. In such cases, clients will be refunded for any services not yet performed.

Web Hosting and Domain Registration:

1. Cancellation by the Client:
   • Clients may cancel web hosting or domain registration services by providing written notice at least [X] days before the renewal date. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the services.
2. Cancellation by MyMarketWebSolutions:
   • MyMarketWebSolutions reserves the right to cancel web hosting or domain registration services for violations of our terms of service or for other valid reasons. In such cases, clients will be refunded for any unused portion of the services.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds for Digital Marketing, Web Development, WordPress Theme Development, and Graphic Designing Services:
   • Refunds will be issued for services not yet performed or completed based on a prorated calculation. Any third-party expenses incurred by MyMarketWebSolutions on behalf of the client will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Refunds for Web Hosting and Domain Registration:
   • Refunds for web hosting and domain registration services will not be provided. Clients are responsible for canceling these services before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewals and charges.
